Conflict Management for Leaders

Leadership podcasts and courses

The online platform gives you early access to an ever-growing library of leadership podcasts and courses.

The podcast features some of the world’s most experienced, authentic leaders — including a polar explorer, a reformed bank robber, fighter pilots and a retired spy. If you want some inspiring ideas on how leaders manage conflict, you’ll find them here.

The leadership courses are designed as a guideline for managers and founders. You’ll discover new ways to think about leadership, the types of core behaviours to prioritise (and which to avoid), plus practical skills to try on for size in your own leadership role.

Learn from the best, get inspired, join the conversation and share your own experiences.

It’s just £39 per month, with no obligation to continue if it’s not your thing. Try it out and see what you think

One-to-one personal mentoring

By joining the online community, you gain access to one-to-one sessions with a leadership mentor.

That’s me, David Hatch, the founder of Leading With Integrity. I’m an experienced leader who has been passionate about leadership for more than 15 years. I want to empower leaders to guide their teams towards productivity through support, integrity and empathy.

Do I have all the answers? No, but I can help you find the answers which are right for you.

I founded Leading with Integrity to make great leadership a common joy for everyone, rather than a rare treat enjoyed by the few.

It’s a diverse assortment of leaders. There are first-time leaders and experienced managers, business founders and entrepreneurs from a variety of industry sectors. Everyone is new to leadership in some form, whether a first time founder, brand new manager, or a recently promoted, more senior leader. The common cause is: people first, community, and learning.

Pretty easy! Once you access the membership area, you can just click on ‘Call with David’ on the left-hand main menu. It takes you straight to my diary so you can book in a mentoring session.

Ad hoc, one-to-one leadership mentoring is free. It’s included as part of your membership — although bear in mind that if you’d like a series of regular sessions, I may have to charge for these. I’m happy to discuss an affordable option.

You’re not tied in. It’s a monthly rolling membership and if you want to leave the community, you can do so at any time.
