Once the excitement wears off, a new leadership role can feel like the loneliest job on the planet. There’s no instruction manual. It’s like being thrown in at the deep end without swimming lessons.

You’re not alone, and help is at hand. Leading with Integrity is leadership support for new leaders. It’s a supportive online community of people who’ve been where you are right now.

This digital space for leaders offers:

● One-to-one leadership mentoring
● A wealth of useful stuff — leadership courses, webinars, videos and guides
● A network of peers ready to offer support and share experiences
● A safe place to discuss challenges with your peers
● Early access to leadership podcasts which reveal the secrets to success

How much does it cost? You get all this for £39 per month, less than the cost of an average night out.

Leadership support - team meeting

One-to-one personal mentoring

By joining this online community, you get an added bonus — the option of one-to-one mentoring and support from me, David Hatch.

I’ve been a leader within various organisations for 20-odd years. Great leadership is a passion because, ultimately, prioritising the well-being of employees helps a company become more productive.

Do I have all the answers? No, but I can help you find the answers which are right for you.

Most of us have sorry tales to tell about toxic leadership. I started Leading with Integrity to increase the number of stories about great managers. Let’s make some of those stories about you.

Leadership podcasts and courses

The online platform gives you access to a treasure chest of knowledge. Embedded within it is an ever-growing library of leadership podcasts and courses.

The podcast features some of the world’s most experienced, authentic leaders — including a polar explorer, a reformed bank robber, an Olympian, a couple of fighter pilots and a retired spy.

The leadership courses are specifically designed to support first-time managers and founders. You’ll discover new ways to think about leadership, core behaviours to prioritise (and which to avoid), plus practical skills to try on for size in your new role.

Learn from the best, get inspired, join the conversation and share your own experiences.

It’s just £39 per month, with no obligation to continue if it’s not your thing. Try it out and see what you think.

All the live events are recorded, so you won’t have to be there in person if you can’t make it.

There’s a selection of leadership courses, including a free starter kit for first-time leaders.

There are regular interactive events where we discuss common challenges leaders face — imposter syndrome, for example. Plus, every week, you’ll get early access to the latest leadership podcast.

If there’s something in particular you’d like to learn about, just ask. I’m happy to set up sessions about any leadership subject.

The user directory has a short intro by all the members (you’ll be asked to fill this in too, during onboarding). You can see who’s joined the community, what they do, and their leadership priorities.

You can chat with other members confidentially via direct messages, or publicly via the leadership chat thread. You can also talk to members during the live online events or drop-in virtual rooms.

Direct messages are confidential. No one else will have access to your conversation. The leadership chat thread is open to all members.

As part of the terms of membership, we expect all contributions and conversations to be treated with confidentiality – this is crucial when some of the subjects for discussion can involved sensitive information.

It’s a diverse assortment of leaders. There are first-time leaders and experienced managers, business founders and entrepreneurs from a variety of industry sectors. Everyone is new to leadership in some form, whether a first time founder, brand new manager, or a recently promoted, more senior leader. The common cause is: people first, community, and learning.

Pretty easy! Once you access the membership area, you can just click on ‘Call with David’ on the left-hand main menu. It takes you straight to my diary so you can book in a mentoring session.

Membership costs £39 per month.

Ad hoc, one-to-one leadership mentoring is free. It’s included as part of your membership — although bear in mind that if you’d like a series of regular sessions, I may have to charge for these. I’m happy to discuss an affordable option.

You’re not tied in. It’s a monthly rolling membership and if you want to leave the community, you can do so at any time.
